High-angle grain-boundary spacing in deformed austenite is analyzed using Ni-30Fe alloy to explain the change of ferrite grain size by severe plastic deformation (SPD) of austenite in low carbon steel. It is suggested that constant high-angle grain-boundary spacing in deformed austenite resulting from dynamic recrystallization (DRX) or geometric DRX is responsible for the limit of ferrite grain refinement over a certain level of plastic deformation of austenite.  相似文献

We have investigated the effect of low-molecular mass species on the space charge behavior such as space charge distribution and electrical conduction of LDPE (low density polyethylene). We also attempted to explain the relationship between the space charge distribution and electrical conduction. The heterocharge, conduction current and effective charge mobility decreased when the low-molecular-mass species in LDPE was removed. It was found that the decrease in conduction current was related to the decrease of heterocharge in LDPE  相似文献

This paper provides the newly developed IT consulting SERVQUAL measurement tool. In an attempt to measure the IS customers' perceived quality of the consulting services they received, the researchers developed a diagnostic tool of SERVQUAL based on the solid theoretical background, which can specifically be applied to the IT consulting service sector. It is composed of 6 dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, process and education, and the former four are derived from IT SERVQUAL and the latter two are added to consider the characteristics of IT consulting service.To develop IT consulting SERVQUAL, 7 consultants having over the 10 years careers, 3 customers having much experienced of consulting service, and 2 professors majoring in MIS have examined the constructs and the items of questionnaires. And this research had been applied to 86 respondents of 42 different organizations that had received IT consulting services over 2 past years to ensure the validation of this tool. The correlation and the factor analyses were conducted for validation of the measurement tool.The results indicated that six different areas in the measurement tool are significantly related with level of the customer satisfaction in spite of their few problems in its validation and its application in the field will be helpful to identify their problems and make plans for advancement.  相似文献

A pressboard consisting of an angle ring and a cap is installed at the primary and secondary coil windings of a transformer. This pressboard is related to transformer durability. Since transformer capacities are increasing, it is necessary to develop a pressboard of high voltage grade (above 150 kV). In this study, a press-forming technology was developed for the pressboard of a 154 kV transformer. To determine the optimum shape of the pressboard, the press-forming factors were experimentally evaluated through the mechanical tensile strength and AC withstand voltage tests under wet conditions. From the results, the optimum size and shape of the pressboard was found to be R15??R20 mm under a forming pressure of 10 MPa. When the relative humidity (RH) was less than 50%, the moisture absorption rate in oil decreased by 25??40% compared to that in air. However, when RH exceeded 50%, the difference in the moisture absorption rate between the cases of oil and air was just 8??10%. The AC withstand voltage of the pressboard was weak against moisture. The average AC withstand voltage at 40°C and RH of less than 50% decreased by about 15% compared to the dried condition, and the maximum value decreased by 30% at 40°C and RH of more than 50%.  相似文献

The design of an engine room is important to protect the passenger from a crash impact by improving the absorption of the crash impact energy. The side member in the engine room absorbs most of the crash impact energy when the vehicle experiences a frontal crash. The side member is of two types: hat and ‘U.’ Analysis of the extent of energy absorption and the mechanism of the side member are necessary through a collapse mode in various load conditions. In this study, the design of experiments was used for evaluating the characteristics of the absorption of crash energy by side members through design variables. First, crash analysis was performed by experiment number extracted from the design of the experiment. Then, using the results of crash analysis, multiple regressions were conducted and sensitivity analysis performed for each design variable. Finally, the optimum design was developed for maximizing the absorption energy per unit weight considering various boundary conditions. In the present study, as a basic step for modeling the fatigue behavior of an extruded Al alloy cylinder, the fatigue crack growth data of the alloy was collected in two orientations. Microstructural analysis revealed that the material had recrystallized grains and clusters of constituent particles aligned in the direction of extrusion. Fatigue life of the samples revealed a shorter fatigue life representing a higher fatigue crack growth rate in the transverse direction.  相似文献

A hybrid of graphene and conducting polymer holds great potential as the active materials for high performance chemical sensor application. In this work, a thin hybrid film of reduced graphene oxide (RG-O) and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) was fabricated by means of vapor phase polymerization and explored as active material for chemical sensors. The chemical sensors based on hybrid film of RG-O and PEDOT are capable of detecting electrical signals caused by the absorption of trace levels of different analyte vapors with high sensitivity, selectivity and fast response.  相似文献

A simple protocol has been developed for the creation of the biomimetic hybrid materials, calcium carbonate, and hydroxyapatite, by in situ growth and mineralization in newly developed nontoxic hydrogel templates. A series of poly(ethylene oxide phosphonamidate) hydrogels with different network structures were synthesized by reacting various poly(ethylene glycol)s with phosphorous oxychloride and diamines in a one-pot protocol, which exhibits promising advantages including a short reaction time, an easy separation, and a high yield with a mass producible feasibility. The hydrogels were proven to be nontoxic according to an in vitro viability assay using human embryonic kidney 293T cells. Careful control of growth and mineralization conditions such as ions transport rate, pH, type of hydrogel, and mineralization temperature resulted in a variety of calcium carbonate and hydroxylapatite architectures including nanorods, nanowires, and well-defined hybrid structures. The resulting materials were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, electron microscopes, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and X-ray powder diffraction.  相似文献
